Beginners Mindfulness

An hour online group session for beginners
You will learn the basics of Mindfulness and of what this means for you and your Mental Health. The group is online via zoom, and when you book you will be allocated a zoom meeting number. The group is very friendly and welcoming. Have a comfortable personal space so that you will not be disturbed for an hour. Wear loose clothing and have a drink of water handy

Community

An online community that meets once a fortnight to meditate, share, receive guidance, and deepen your mindfulness. Current themes and 'what is present' with us all will be discussed. Lee will lead on guided practices each session and will 'chair' any discussions and themes.
Some experience of Mindfulness needed. Please contact Lee to discuss your experience if you are unsure
